Neel was recommended by my colleague when I was experiencing troubles with my previous high street agents. I switched to Neel's service for about half a year now. I am always impressed by his professional standard. He charges very reasonable agency fee, always attend to tenants' issues himself diligently. He fixes small problem himself to try to save money for the landlords and also be very fair and kind to the tenants. He is also very quick at letting the flats out. Overall, I'm very happy with Neel's service.
