With an existing platform to advertise your properties (details of website available upon request) we can; market your property, carry out referencing (we obtain full credit/ccj checks against tenants, three months most recent bank statements and employers references on letter headed paper), complete all legal formalities and liaise with other agents you choose to appoint. Fundamentally, no tenant moves into a property that we wouldn’t have in one of our own.
We can advise you on; problematic Tenants, rent reviews, rent insurance, termination of Tenancies, references, which contractor to use etc (essentially a ‘Full Management’ Service but on a situation by situation basis)
